How It Works
Free-to-Play Mode mirrors the core game experience but uses non-NFT cards instead of blockchain assets. You can compete, earn rewards, and progress without needing to deposit ETH or buy Fragments.

Getting Started
When you create a Fantasy Top account, you automatically have access to Free-to-Play Mode.
Create your first deck - You'll receive starter Hero cards to build your first lineup.
Complete quests - Daily and weekly quests reward you with additional cards and XP.
Spin the wheel - Use the Lucky Spin Wheel for chances at new cards and bonuses.
Enter tournaments - Compete in 24-hour Free-to-Play tournaments to test your skills.

What's the Same
Hero performance is tracked the same way (X engagement metrics)
Rarity system works identically (Common 1x, Rare 1.5x, Epic 2x, Legendary 2.5x)
Star ratings and Hero stats are identical

Increased chest quality - Higher account levels yield better chest contents

Free-to-Play tournaments run on a 24-hour cycle:
Entry: Free to enter with no fees
Duration: 24 hours from start to finish
Lineup: Build a 5-card deck from your Free-to-Play collection
League tiers: Compete in Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Diamond based on your deck's Star cap and rarity restrictions
Scoring: Heroes accumulate points based on X engagement during the tournament window, with the same rarity multipliers as paid modes
Prizes: Top finishers earn XP, chests (quality based on league tier), and additional cards
Compete against other Free-to-Play players to climb the leaderboard and earn better rewards. Higher leagues offer stronger chests and better progression.
Converting to Paid Play
When you're ready to compete for real money, you can transition to paid modes:
Deposit funds - Add ETH to your account to start buying Fragments or Hero NFT cards.
Buy your first pack - Use Fragments to open packs and receive NFT Hero cards.
Enter Core Competition - Use your NFT cards to compete in the main game for ETH prizes.
Keep playing Free-to-Play - You can continue using Free-to-Play Mode even after you start playing paid modes. They run separately.
Your Free-to-Play progress and cards remain separate from your paid collection. Think of Free-to-Play as a permanent practice ground.
